In September 20–25, 2025, Rena Harvey hosted a six-day immersive retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand, bringing The Formula of Life™ framework into lived, embodied experience.
Designed as an intimate, in-person immersion, this retreat offered participants the opportunity to step away from daily life and engage deeply with awareness, presence, and personal responsibility, supported by nature, stillness, and shared inquiry.

Held across six days, the retreat created space for:

• deep self-reflection
• embodied practice
• relational awareness
• integration beyond insight

Rather than focusing on performance or peak experiences, the retreat supported participants to inhabit themselves more fully, interrupt familiar patterns, and reconnect with clarity, agency, and self-trust.
The Koh Samui retreat was not about becoming someone new.
It was about remembering how to live from alignment calmly, honestly, and without outsourcing authority.

This retreat now sits as part of Rena’s body of work a chapter in the evolution of The Formula of Life™ and the foundation that informed her current initiation-based offerings.

The First International Formula of Life™ Retreat was held in Phi Phi Island.

We gathered on the sacred shores of Phi Phi Island at the luxurious 5-star SAii Resort, where The Formula of Life™ Retreat came to life.
What unfolded was nothing short of miraculous.
This tropical sanctuary became the perfect backdrop for deep healing, soul alignment, and spiritual awakening to take place — wrapped in the magic of nature, ceremony, and connection.

 A Sacred Space for True TransformationI had the honour and privilege of holding space for 10 courageous souls who said YES to their healing, their growth, and their full expansion.
Together, we:

• Journeyed into the depths of emotional and energetic release
• Rewrote old narratives rooted in pain and limitation
• Reconnected with Source, truth, and the higher self
• Activated purpose, power, and personal mastery

What I witnessed was pure transformation — from breakdown to breakthrough, from shadow into light.
Each soul rose.
Each soul remembered who they truly are.

This was not just a retreat --
It was a soul homecoming.
It was a sacred shift.
It was a movement.
And this is only the beginning.
Together, we are raising the collective consciousness, one brave, open heart at a time.
